We are seeking a highly motivated, responsible and passionate PPC Campaign Specialist, mainly for Google Ads campaigns with a solid background and project portfolio in both Romanian and International markets eager to undertake a new challenge together with one of the top digital communications agency in Romania, working for both national and international clients across the globe. What we require:

• Open to a B2B-type collaboration
• Prior proven experience as a PPC/Google Ads Campaign Specialist in both Romanian and International markets with a solid portfolio covering lead generation campaigns
• Excellent understanding of tracking and reporting tools
• UX/UI knowledge
• Tracking and CRO experience – we will provide the code, you will make sure it is correctly integrated in your project
• Advanced knowledge of English (any other international language is a plus)
• A background working with large advertising agencies is appreciated

What we’ll be doing together:

• Setting-up, implementing and tracking ad campaigns for Romanian and International Clients
• Developing and adapting PPC campaign strategies in order to increase visibility
• Collaborating with internal professionals in order to prepare the necessary materials
• Monitoring traffic, conversion rates and key word relevance
• Adapting the bidding strategy for PPC campaigns
• Managing and optimizing campaigns on multiple devices
• Testing various approaches for new and ongoing projects
• Analyzing key words and proposing new terms
• Keeping up to date with competitor campaigns and market trends
• Ensuring maximum visibility and ROI
